Clean, comfortable, EV-friendly

This is a lovely park. Clean, shaded, with a comfortable common area. Lee is a wonderful host who allowed us to charge our EV from the 50 amp outlet at our site.

A place to love.

We were planning to go to southern Utah but Mother Nature vetoed that plan. My wife had wanted to visit Roswell which was out of the route the storms were taking so I agreed thinking we’d stay a couple of nights if we liked…we are now on our second week. Leigh is a wonderful host…the park is intimate with only a dozen spaces…the rest rooms are spotless and it is just a couple miles east of town. Roswell itself is a perfect sized community with great restaurants and cultural sites.

Very clean and Quiet

Really an oasis is in Roswell. Sites are very clean nestled next to an alfalfa field. There are stockyards near by but as the saying goes - occasionally smells like money. Leigh is an awesome host and the facilities are excellent. This will be our go to when we are in Roswell.

Delightful in Roswell

What a nice, cozy spot in Roswell! It has all you need for a home base from which to explore southern New Mexico: nice showers, laundry, restrooms, common areas with books and dvd's, even bottle of pop for $2 each. Lovely sunsets, level sites, friendly hosts. Couldn't be better!

Great owners!

The owners are so nice and helpful! They really care about the place and it shows. We were here a few nights and enjoyed our time. There was some road noise, not bad.

Charming and friendly

We stopped here for one night and stayed a 2nd night because it was so peaceful and the view of Sandhills Cranes feeding in an open field next to the park was awesome! Facilities are charmingly decorated and immaculate. Owner, Leigh, very welcoming and helpful. We will stay again when in this area.

Tight

A very small RV site with very small spots. However a very nice hostess. Strong sporadic Road noise. Not far from downtown Roswell. A couple Pull through spots. Very clean and homey feeling. Only one washer and dryer, one bathroom for men and one for women both with showers

Great place for the night

Very affordable rates. We stopped in for the night on our way through. It is a small park but has plenty of room to turn around. It was quiet and the staff are very friendly. It’s only minutes from downtown.

Great spot to stop on our road trip

We were passing through on our way back home from carlsbad. This place was great. Plenty of space to pull in and out, clean private bathrooms and showers, real nice farmland right next to the spots and it was so nice we took our time getting back on the road the next day just to hang out in the great weather

Morning and afternoon Sandhills cranes and Canada Geese

We stayed at the Rv park for 3 days and it was quite clean and comfortable. The best part was seeing all the Canada geese and Sandhills cranes land in the fields right next to the property. There were hundreds and listening to them come and go throughout the day was so peaceful. The small hiking trail out the back of the property leads you down a dirt road with Rye and winter wheat fields. Great to go for a walk as long as you stay on the roads. The fields are not owned by the Rv park, but by the local farmers. As long as you stay on the roads your fine. Very little traffic on these roads. The park was spacious and the bathrooms and showers had a home feel with there decor. Great place to stay near town and fair prices.

Cute and compact!

Nice little campground with wonderful hot showers AND a washer and dryer. They keep open a little space in the lodge so you can watch TV and they also have plenty of board games and books to keep you entertained. There are not any fire pits or ways to cook remotely so you will have to bring that with you.
